Referrals In Adf.ly

In this post I will be explaining how referrals work in Adfly and how someone can sign up as your referral.

The way referrals work in adf.ly is pretty simple. If you have a referral then you gain 15% of what they gain. Contrary to what some people believe this DOES NOT mean that your referral will earn 15% less than he/she would normally. There are no disadvantages to being a referral! In fact, I am willing to personally help out any of my referrals with the site so you might even call being a referral an advantage (if you do something similar). The 15% is just extra money that you will earn and if you have a lot of referrals it can add up to a quite large sum.

Ok, so the next question might be - how can someone sign up as my referral? Well, for that they will need your referral link, finding it is really simple and the adfly site is pretty self-explanatory in that regard. Just look at the picture below.

All you have to do is press the big "Referrals" button at the top of the site and after that you will be able to see your referral link (indicated by the red arrow). Just copy it and give it to someone who wants to register.

My referral link looks like this: http://adf.ly/?id=1724442.

After someone clicks that link and starts the registration process they will become your referral.

If you have a website or a blog, you may also want to use a banner. It does the same what a referral link does except it more attractive for visitors of your website or blog to click. You can see these banners when you scroll down the page, they include the html code needed to embed them in your website/blog.

Registering on Adf.ly

The process of registering on Adf.ly is not at all complicated. Below are the steps that you need to complete if you want to become a registered user on adfly.

Step 1: Visit the adf.ly website. You can do this by clicking the link below:

Step 2: Click the big yellow button that says "Join Now" in the middle left on the screen.

Step 3: Fill out all the required information including your name, e-mail, username and password (you have to use valid information). Select Link Shrinker in the drop-down menu below "Account Type". Correctly enter the captcha and check the "I agree to the Terms & Conditions" checkbox. Click the Join button.

Step 4: You will be sent a confirmation e-mail. Check your e-mail and you should see it. It looks something like this:

Copy and paste your activation key into the confirmation web-page.

Now you can use the website!

How does AdFly work?

The way AdFly works is not at all complicated. To put it simple - you earn money by sharing links to content. But before you do that you shorten your link by using AdFly.

Ok, so here is an example. Let's say you want to share a picture with your cat with a bunch of people and you have uploaded it to the internet. Insted of sending them a link that leads them directly to the picture, you send them your shortened Adf.ly link. Upon clicking the link an ad will be displayed and after pressing "Skip Ad" the image can be accessed. Every time someone sees the ad you get a little bit of money.

The mentioned example is not the only way to earn money with Adf.ly, it is just the basic way that the site works.

There is also a refferal system, which allows you to earn 15% of what your refferals (people that you invite to the website) have made, but I will talk about that more later.
